It’s really easy and straightforward to take the Havaist to Taksim. You take the line IST 19: Istanbul Airport – Beşiktaş – Taksim (which also stops at Zincirlikuyu and 4. Levent Metro) and you get off at the last stop, in front of the Point Hotel, close to Taksim square.

From there you can walk to the hotel. Currently, the fare for the bus lines is 18 TL per person, one way, luggage included. Trips take an average 90-minutes, though it will be longer during rush hour. The buses are equipped with TV-movie-series services, WiFi, and USB charging units to make the trip a bit more enjoyable.
Taxi service is offered at the Istanbul Airport 24/7, thereby covering both flight times as well as all periods outside of flight schedules. Three types of taxis are utilized for this service, comprised of black “E” type, blue “D” type, and orange “C” type taxis.
Passengers wishing to benefit from Taxi service may use the vehicles located on the departure floor (2nd floor) in addition to those at the main stops in front of the Domestic and International Passenger exits in Plaza section.
A lot of tourists instinctively take a taxi from the airport to their hotel. However, Istanbul Airport is about 40 km away from the conference hotel. So you may want to give that some extra thought. A trip from the Istanbul Airport to Taksim will set you a minimum of 150-180 TL.

From Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Hotel
There are shuttles working between Taksim and Sabiha Gokcen Airport every half an hour. The duration of the trip is about an hour and a half depending on the city traffic, the shuttle fee is 15 TL. If you enjoy sea travel another route for our passengers to follow to go to Taksim is first going to Kadıköy via E11 public bus or HAVABUS shuttle and then taking the ferry from Kadıköy pier to Kabataş and from there the tram to Taksim square. All public transport vehicles and taxis are located in front of the terminal building at arrivals level.
For public bus and ferry ride the passenger will have to purchase Istanbul card from IETT kiosks located at the bus waiting area.
Taxi service is offered at the Sabiha Gökçen Airport 24/7, thereby covering both flight times as well as all periods outside of flight schedules. Sabiha Gökçen Airport is about 50 km away from the conference hotel. So you may want to give that some extra thought. A trip from the Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Taksim will set you a minimum of 170-190 TL.
